and give them moldy bread and water to eat and get rid of the school lunch workers  , yes you will save money but the kids will be hungry and not learn well , sounds  like uncle scrooge to me . the same goes with the police dept , these police men protect us so we can sleep at nite and yet frank heath wants to cut there pay so they will losse there houses because thay cant pay there morgatges.
