as they did not like the canidates that applied, one of the reasons that they got so poor canidates is that in the last 20 years wareham has not kept a TA more than 3 years and we have had some good TA in the past, but the problem is that we have some monkeys like brenda who think they are a genius , they are not they have comsumed to muck vodka.

selectmen should pick the finalists them self ,no commitees , this is your most important job and should not be given over to a commitee.

let them live out of town if thay want ,it seeems that the bredas of the world want people that they dont agree with to live in town , but the people that they dont agree with its okay to live out of town , such hipocracy.

one thing is very important the selectmen should pick some one who has prior experince in running a smaller town ,wareham has to many problens to hire a novice , just take a look what happened with andrews and sagunit who had no experince running a town , look at the way that screwd up wareham.

also make sure you advertise in a lot of more papers like the boston gobe and the wall street journal ,we need to cast a wider net to bet quality people , we dond need any more andrews.
