The sewer betterment has no one that can answer specific questions. Go to the Town hall and ask to speak to the betterment person - they don't seem to know who that is. Everyone points to someone else as the decision maker. It's a simple question - why were the projects not combined for the betterment to be the same. It appears the job was split up to benefit certain ndividuals. I think the dollar amount is the result of a formula. We need to see a list of people who got the lower amount and see if there is any patterm.

The Projest At One Time Was Supposed To Be Bid As One Project ,but Was Split Up, When The Federal Stimulus Money Came Out , I Dont Beleave All Neighbor Hoods Got The Stimulus Money But Guess What Parkwood Got It And Thats Where Jayne Donahue Lives .
