Joshua Roe, 25, was arrested and charged with two counts of indecent assault and battery on a child under the age of 14.
Wareham Police detectives arrested a 25-year-old Wareham man for indecent assault and battery on a child on April 10 after investigating allegations that he inappropriately touched a juvenile male while serving as an assistant Scoutmaster for the Boy Scouts.

Police said Joshua Roe of 1 White Pine Ave. was "arrested without incident" at his home. He was charged with two counts of indecent assault and battery on a child under the age of 14. He was arraigned in Wareham District Court that same day.

Roe posted $10,000 cash bail today, April 11, according to Wareham Police. His next court date is scheduled for Thursday, May 3.

Police said there are no further complaints against Roe, but detectives are continuing to investigate whether there are more victims.
