Town Administrator Mark Andrews today ordered Chief Stanley to summon all five selectmen to appear at the special meeting he called for Wednesday night (not Tuesday) to petition the state for a “Governor’s Bill”, sanction a rigged election and forestall Andrew's immediate dismissal.
A Wareham PD patrolman was detailed to serve summons to each selectmen's home address.

Should go without saying but an Order To Appear of this nature carries NO FORCE OF LAW and our selectmen are free to thumb their noses at it.

No-one has the power to call a special meeting of the BOS except the Chairman, with the agreement of the majority members, and for executive session matters, or extreme financial crisis. Period.
