In better days, the town would have whacked the wreath of invasive choke vines eating my phone poll, but with a maintenance staff reduced to five, who can blame them?
Town Administrator Mark Andrews is way too busy feathering is own nest of rodents.

The Mother Of All Potholes, as it happens, lives beneath the rat-nested phone poll above but I'm rather fond of the twisting steel and tinkling glass after all these years. Cratering again with every heavy downpour, its unsurpassed record to date is 4 total wrecks inside an hour.
