Ive had the oppurtunity to spend every summer of my life on a beautiful beach that looks out to the Stone Estate..My Grandmother, some relatives, and friends discovered a gem when they bought "cottages" here..In think it s the best kept secret on the planet and though not born here I will always call it home..
Trying to get to know a new client, I would always ask what brought them to our Town..Some would tell a similar story to mine: summer resident who moved here year round..Many had another reason: IT WAS AFFORDABLE..Hmmm, 54 miles of coastline but a weak housing market..We could have been a contender...

They run the town into the ground and then hold us prisoner because we can not sell our homes at a decent price.
