Mark Maxim has withdrawn from the Onset Water Dept race. My prayers are with his ailing grand-daughter. Does this mean that we are stuck with Brenda? Are write-in candidates allowed?

another person to join the gravey trainof 99%health insurance such as liz pezoli,,i am sure mr maxim is vested , what does brenda know about water besides takeing a bath once in awhile ,if there was not 99% health insurance i can tell you she would not be running , she is more suited to be another commisioner of some other kind of liquid, i can here her calling someone an idiot.
