I think it is so sad that the Chairman of the Board of Selectman is so weak that he allows the TA to sit next to him telling him what to do. This is the second time I have seen a selectmen's meeting where the town employee is sitting in the middle of the selectmen.
I thought Walter had more to him. Someone should tell him to be his own man and send the TA back to his proper place.

The TA is NOT elected and has no business sitting on the dais reserved for those who the PEOPLE have chosen, not a group of politicians.
If Walter is that weak or that scared or that unsure of himself, or not aware of the issues, or not able to function without an untrained, uneducated, non-TA, he needs to step down as Chairman and let the BOS elect a Chairman that can conduct the public business and control the agenda without the interference of a non elected pseudo-TA and Town Accountant...
I hate to say it...but you have some very serious problems coming your way.
I am hopeful that at least two of the Selectmen know when they have been hoodwinked.
