The picture of that pipe and the repair is frightening as hell. That's how you repair a sewer pipe that is potentially capable of erupting any moment and polluting the bay with raw sewerage?

You must be kidding...what if the State says no... then what?

How long does it take to get an answer?

Who is going to replace the rags and duct tape?

Who in the hell is in charge?

Who made the decision to duct tape the pipe?

This deal doesn't begin to pass the raw sewage sniff test.

They couldn't wait 24 hours for Tuesday's public meeting to ink a contract because none of it would stand up to scrutiny.

HUGE disparity with the two bids.

That alone is enough to scare me.

Does anyone believe that the contractor expects to pay $30,000.00 in Police traffic control?
