couldn't resist these articles of snow-dumping in Lawrence (why is that familiar?), after the snow was collected in North Andover (seems like I've heard that Town name before), from a CVS parking lot.

CVS??? this pervasive organisation which purports to be part of the "health" team is allowing its snow to be dumped in a River without permission from the appropriate environmental agencies? Well. what do you expect from a "health" team member that sells cigarettes and other tobacco products?

Do these articles characterize the attitudes of public employess, present or former, in the Merrimack River Valley?
