When Shaws did their renovation, I spoke to a manager who said that no matter what Wal-Mart does, they are staying right where they are. He also mentioned the pending sale of the plaza and that they are definately staying.

There was a deed recorded in the Plymouth registry of Deeds on January 14, 2011; as Book 39547, Page 302.
The consideration (sale price) was recorded as $8,800,000.
But: the names of the Grantor & Grantee are virtually identical. So, this may not be the actual sale, but an internal transfer PRIOR to the sale.
Need more info.
