It seems that Marcia Griswold has hired a new outreach person. The money  comes from the Wellness Grant. I know sometimes a grant will cover a job that is already in place and that the job does not have to be posted.

This outreach job was a NEW job. The job was never posted, no interviews were held. You would think you would want the person to have some qualifications for the job. The job was filled by a person who is a friend of Marcia's and let me see what might her qualifications be....... oh yeah she's a bartender.

I am so sick of jobs being filled without the job being posted or worse yet if the job is posted there are no interviews. There are people in town who are very qualified for a many different jobs in town. ALL jobs should be posted and applicants should be given a chance to interview for these jobs.
