People are having trouble posting or starting new threads. I hope Bill can figure it out...
I have heard from many of you that are chomping at the bit to get on...be patient...

OK, just in the last few minutes the 'Quickpost' reply dialogue box and the new topic icon 'magically' appeared!
Kudos to the techie or whoever figured out what was missing!
We should be seeing a more normal flow of discourse now that these options are available.
