THESE ARTICALS SHOULD HAVE BEEN HEARD AT THE SPRING TOWN MEETING BY THE WAREHAM CHARTER, THERE FORE SINCE THAY ARE COMING BEFORE THE FALL TOWN MEETING ,THEY SHOULD BE THROWN OUT . THE LAW IS THE LAW. ALSO SINCE THIS WAS A STACKED COMMITEE AND DID NOT REPRESENT WAREHAMS VOTERS THROW THESE ARTICALS OUT.
