The budget reduction will need to be approved by Town Meeting in October, and the deadline for adding warrant articles is Friday, which necessitated the meeting.

I have a silly question:
If Town Meeting takes the recommended actions in October and reduces the school budget by some $800 + thousand, and the grants aren't due to come unitl November, doesn't that mean that the schools will be under the minimum level of funding?!?
