How can "Town Hall Will Be Closed For Business Today At Noon" equate with "You Will Be Able To Submit Warrant Articles Today Till 5:00 P.m."
Forget the obvious lack of the ability to string sentences together, HOW do you submit an article at 3 P.M., for example, if the Town Hall is closed at Noon?
