Robert, I,too, believed Mr Cruz to be a man of integrity, principles and values ( a man who was 'other centered', with the best interest of the whole community in mind. I was wrong.

4dog,onevote, and Robert, I agree with you. Some on Whitehouse's site are jumping for joy that Winslow is on the library search committee. Hey, if they are that arrogant or foolish, all the better.

Yes, I would agree mike9f, for those with computers you can file a complaint on line: go to mass.gov, then to the state ethics commission, then to file a complaint, then on to file a complaint electronically."
As we can see the TFHC doesn't understand the law, using their "logic" anything that anyone may be remotely connected to would "ban" them from voting. I encourage everyone to file complaints start filing complaints against Jane and Brenda for their laundry list of violations.

If ever politician didn’t vote on something because of who contributed to their campaign, all of Washington and the State House would shut down. Cara took money from someone who no longer owns the property at Swifts beach and is no longer a resident of Wareham. I really don’t know if there is a conflict with her helping to screen people for the library director’s job.

I BELIEVE MRS WINSLOW SAID SHE WAS GIVEN WHAT AND WHAT NOT SHE CAN VOTE FOR ALREADY. IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN ENOUGH TO TAKE HER FOR HER WORD AND APPOINTED HER RIGHT AWAY TO THE COMMITTEE. MORE WASTE OF TIME.

But at least Winslow doesn’t try to hide what she is. She attended a campaign fund-raiser for Sauvageau with Cara Pillsbury just a few weeks before the election. That would be the same Cara Pillsbury who filed a $500,000 defamation lawsuit against Sauvageau and Brenda Eckstrom just days before the election. Do you think that hurt Winslow’s election chances?
