These guys are to much. Do they have any memory or conscience at all.  For the last 20 yrs Chief Joyce had a maintenance plan that rotated the cruiser per schedule so we did not have to buy 8 all at once. Then the destructive board of the last three years denied every request for cruisers, and even went as far as to tell them to put new motors and transmissions in them.  I guess they did not care about the police driving safe vehicles when Chief Joyce was in charge. If Chief Joyce was given half the recourses and leeway that Stanley has had he would been able to do all these things and more.  But wait that was the plan, What a smoke screen.
