Wareham needs a new Town Manager.

Appointment Of City Financial Overseer Near

Legislation recently passed allowing [Lawrence] to borrow money mandates that the overseer work with city officials. The city currently has a $24 million deficit, created during fiscal years 2008, 2009 and 2010.
[...]
The city's been without a budget and finance director since late December, when then director Mark Andrews resigned to become Wareham's town administrator. The state appointed overseer won't do the budget director's job but instead will help "develop solutions."
