Good evening, Mal Content here, reporting live.

There is news out of Foxboro, our reporter EllenB is on site.

Mal, the New England Tories have announced that Tom Brady will be at the off-season workouts after all. Good news for all Tories fans.

In other news, Mal, Mr Kraft has announced that his soccer team, the New England Status Quo, are nearing an agreement to build a new sTadium dedicated only to football, er soccer.

Back to you, Mal.

Thanks, EllenB. Now let's go to a taped report from EllenB in the Fenway.

We are here where the Boston RedCoats will be arriving soon from spring training. the equipment manager is already getting the cricket balls & bats ready. Prehaps this is the year the RedCoats get onto the level of the Pakistani and/or Indian teams in the World tournament. They have been so close for so many decades. We'll see.

Mal, here. EllenB is down at the GAHDEN on Causeway Street, where the roundball game is about to begin. Ellen...

The crowd is at a fever pitch as paul Pierce in his ROYAL blue uniform leads the team onto the court. Here comes the team mascot, dressed in a Harris tweed jacket with elbow patches, complete with pipe, monacle & bowler hat. Let's all cheer on your Boston Anglo-Saxons!

Mal here. the news out west at UMass/Amherst is about the school's nickname for its sports teams. "Redmen" has become politically incorrect. The school has decided on a new nickname: the UMass HESSIANS! AwRight!

Get the picture, EllenB?

Malcontents. Sam & John Adams. jefferson. Madison & Monroe. John Hancock. Prescott & Warren at bunker Hill. Patrick Henry. Hamilton. B. Franklin. Thomas Paine. And so many others, both well-known and unknown. If these malcontents had just sat at the bar in their local taverns, grumping to their friends & neighbors about the state of things at that time, then maybe we all would be big fans of soccer (i.e. football in England) & cricket. But no, they got up off their ample assets and made a difference.

EllenB....There are a large number of your fellow citizens who want to  make a difference in the Town of Wareham. They don't need your dismissive, derisive characterization as "malcontents". They know that they are in pretty damn good company. So, thank you, EllenB, for your inadvertent compliment to all of us malcontents.

Mal Content here. the game is about to start, so let's switch to EllenB on the sideline.

Thanks, Mal. The game will begin right after the crowd stands and sings a stirring rendition of "God Save the Queen".

NOT   -   thanks to those 'malcontents'.

Any similarity between this fantasy and the reality that is Wareham is strictly intentional.

Due to those malcontents, you have a "royal" opportunity.

Remember this magic moment in RedCoats history? I can still hear the crowd.."Manny, Manny, Manny!!"
