Wow, everyone go to P-SPAN'S blog to watch the second part of this because man, the BOS do not come off looking good at all.  There was something said about Dr. Rabinovich's father passing away in late February which kept the school committee from meeting with the selectmen at that time, they notified the selectmen of this and the selectme went after the school committee anyway...pretty heartless, isn't it?

As for this recent go-around, Brousseau also says that he didn't even get an e-mail about meeting with the selectmen until 4:30 pm on a Friday and he had even seen Sanguinett earlier in the day and he didn't mention anything about it.  The late notice prevented them from posting it within 48 hours under the open meeting law.  The school committee told the BOS they couldn't meet that next Tuesday because of this and the BOS let Brenda do her little powerpoint anyway.
