Michael Schneider (Founding member of Move Wareham Forward.) Below is their Mission statement!
This site has been established to encourage positive involvement in our community. It has not been set up to persuade you to take a political position for or against any article or support any specific candidates for any position within our towns governing structure. This site seeks to encourage participation at Town Meeting and to promote moving our town forward thru open, mature and responsible dialogue and debate at Town Meeting and other venues, without resorting to negativity.
Now go ahead and read posts by Mr. Schneider on this site and in others. Look at them in the context of which they are written. Look at the sarcastic and antagonistic tone. Remember this is someone who claims to advocate responsible dialogue without resorting to negativity while resorting to personal attacks and negativity on these blogs. If he is doing it here then I am quite sure he is doing it on the street as well.
Look at the tone of his postings and it is easy to see that he strongly supports the incumbent elected officials in office. You can also see that he is willing to do so while aggressively attacking anyone that speaks against them or the agenda they support.
Mr. Schneider also blogs at The Wareham Observer Website owned by Mr. Slager. A Blog that has terms on the web site that chats are supposed to be civil with no personal attacks. This site is a private pay to use space. The general cyber public is not allowed to see them. However some of that have paid for content have from time to time copied content and reposted it elsewhere. The postings I have seen coming from that site from Mr. Schneider and others have been anything but civil. He often mocks and pokes fun at anyone who has a differing viewpoint from his on that blog.
The folks such as Larry Mcdonald and FrogsRule among many others never pulled any punches. They have spoken loudly and very clearly that they are dissatisfied with both our current slate of elected officials and their agenda. That is their right as Americans just like it is Mr. Schneider’s right to disagree with them. If I had to choose though I am going to always go with the people that no matter how crass the message they deliver may be at times have the integrity to stand by their point of view. I will not however be able to trust personally people who claim to be someone they are not which are in my opinion what the folks at Move Wareham Forward Have Done.
Remember Folks as my Aunt used to say if it looks like BS, Acts like BS, and smells like BS, then it is probably BS. Go with you Gut instinct about what is right and you will never go wrong.
Peace out GWB (For the Purpose of Full disclosure this message will be reposted at the Truth/Hate/Peace site. The site that has never pretended to be something it’s not. www.warehamobserver.com.)

This a repost from The Wareham Courier. I do apologize for it's slightly unpeaceful like tone. I just felt it was time for it to be said.

Fear not, GWB, for even the most peaceful of us fall off the peace wagon. All we do is just get back on the peace wagon and push forward on the great road to peace.
For at the end of the road of peace there will be...peace. And toffee fudge cookies.
Peace,

Larry of Peace here. Sorry for the delay, I was shopping and we had to wash a comforter. When we were about and about, a certain phenomenon that has occurred over the past month happened again. While a certain group in town preaches meaningful dialogue and reach out to the other side, they have a habit of backing up their words with actions. If the readers of this site learn anything, they should learn that it may sound good on the surface, but it just isn't so. I am going to avoid personal attacks, so let us just say leaders should back their words with actions.
GWB, my mother used to say if it looks like a duck, quacks like a duck, it is a duck. Same message with a southern twist. I cannot stoop to the level that our "adversary" has, so I will let the citizens of Wareham deliver the message through votes.
Sensei Ham has taught me well. We must preach peace and back our words with actions!

Larry of Peace here.
I fell of the wagon, so to speak. After a constant attack on the former Town Accountant and heavy handed back slapping of the new Town Accountant, it got to be too much.
I posted this on the Courier a short time ago. I was hoping that people would just stick to the facts but we have a certain group in town that cannot see how easy it is pick apart their blatant attempts to paint our Selectmen as heroes.
I apologize to Ham of Peace. I don't think I was too harsh. I was not angry. I was just tired of the misinformation and lack of information that seems to be the goal of the Selectmen and their supporters (Move Wareham Forward).
Now I am heading out to enjoy the day and think of all the positive things that will happen after April 6th!
I tried real hard to let this go, but I am just not going to.
For all those hoisting their glasses to salute our new town accountant, can you tell me just how important your paychecks are? I know I like getting paid. What if you were suspended for a day without pay because the person who is being hailed as a hero made a mistake in the amount of 108,000 dollars? Instead posting 120,000 in revenue, the 'hailed hero' posted 12,000. That cost you a days pay and when the error was discovered, you were told, 'sorry'. There was no article with BOS supporters speaking about incorrect postings or bad accounting practices that allowed this to happen. It was buried because it didn't serve a political purpose.
Frankly, I'm sick of the all the political fighting. I asked Mr. Shneider and his partisan cheering squad to put aside their obvious lack of professional judgement, but they continue to speak poorly of a former town accountant who worked hard for Wareham despite 4 (count them) different Town Adminstrators over two years. For the record, 4 of the 5 Selectmen were sitting in those seats and had a hand in the personnel decisions.
To further the ludicrousy, our former town accountant and one town adminstrator, who were both fired for 'cause', ended up getting lucrative settlements from the town. That's right readers, taxpayers footed the legal bills and the settlements because our selectmen obviously didn't have their facts straight.
I encourage the readers to look past this 'love fest' and obviously partisan support and ask for the facts. I would also encourage citizens to ask the Selectmen how a person that did NOT meet the minimum requirements receive an interview and was hired. I don't question her work ethic, I simply want to know how she was hired.
To be sure, I will be personally attacked by the the group who are trying to get you to believe the Selectmen are acting in our best interest. The reality is after numerous open meeting violations, poor fiscal responsibilty, no accountability for their actions, and skyrocketing legal bills, we need to hold these same Selectmen accountable and seek new leadership.
Think about it. If a Selectmen cannot even spell your name correctly after interviewing you, hiring you, and working with you, are they really paying attention?

Fear not, Larry of Peace, for when we fall off the peace wagon, we can always hop a car on the peace train...and if the peace train is full, then there's always the peace bus.
As a Ham of Peace, I was shocked that the Consumer of Many Grain Based Treats referred to our peace movement as "harmless stupidity."
Nay, peace will never be stupid. If he thinks that peace is stupid, then perhaps he should find peace.
Oh how sad it must be to be so non-peaceful that you refer to peace as stupid!
Ham of Peace.

Oh, wise and good Ham of Peace....you are quite right.
It is better to seek peace, and achieve it, than ignore hate and absorb it.
We are the people of peace...
PEACE OUT!!
