Breaking news!!!!  (que the music Ham)
Contrary to  an exaggerated report, there are no criminal harassment charges being sought against Dick Wheeler. It is simply a report on file about the incident. One more time, there are no charges being sought by the WPD or any other party. There is not a “no criminal trespass order” on Mr. Wheeler at the library.
The other source just happens to be a library trustee (the new version appointed by the current BOS) and a frequent contributor to the Sunday night chats  under the moderation of a reporter who has a history of factual inaccuracies .
Rip Dinkle …..Good Day!

Geez...Dick being accused of a criminal act in a widely read newspaper published and distributed to three different Towns....sounds like a good law suit to me.
Except...you might as well sue a potato. Neither one of the entities has any money or holdings.
Shame..really.
It would be funny if it wasn't so...oh...you know.

When this paper(The Daily Planet) called Wheeler's home this afternoon there was a recorded message:  " This is Dick Wheeler. My mother has sent us plane tickets and we are off to  spend a week at Disney World."

Gee whiz, Dick.  I guess they really don't like people encouraging voters to vote on April 6th!

Bobo, you forgot to mention the "star witness" is one of your contributors, says so on your masthead.

You also forgot to mention that you once brought an unsuccessful claim against Dick for telling you a Greek myth that practically caused the magistrate to fall off his chair laughing.

Seems like facts that should have been mentioned in the story.  Tsk, tsk, Bobo.  Sloppy reporting as usual.

Dick, get a paper copy because that masthead will probably now change.

Dick, don't sweat it (I know you're not)..Bobo's like a rabid dog waiting around for a scrap to be thrown on the ground so he can attack. It's "what he does"..ANY excuse to make as big a deal of something as possible, and throw in a few lies for good measure..some extra paper's sold..a few more hits to the website...and ESPECIALLY the chance to make their "key enemies" look bad..the truth notwithstanding. Yeah, it's ok to violate the law 16 times in less than a year..but YOU are just horrible because you stood up for yourself (and your wife), against a person who verbally attacked you first, with incorrect information (and she hasn't done 1% for Wareham, than what you and your wife have)..Bobo view of the world (Eirth), through the looking glass.

He not only looks good, he is as sharp as they come! To be blunt, Dick Wheeler is a treasure. If you have ever sat as he told you a "tale", you would understand. His eyes twinkle and dance as he spins his story.

I would suggest that the library hold a "story tellers" event. There are many in the community that could bring a book or short story to life with how they tell it. Mr. Wheeler would be a natural for this event!
