Whether it's behavior that has led to litigation for their mismanagement, pursuing vendettas, or not considering mediation (and therefore delaying and prolonging costly litigation), our legal costs have exceeded the amount budgeted (four to five times the budgeted amount) consistently for the last five years. They've had NO responsibility for this? Hold our elected officials accountable, because they're not going to do it!
