Bobo is saying I'm going to be sued (not the first time)..But this time he's saying it's not him who's going to do it, but it seems to have something to do with this post I made yesterday (below). He emailed me shortly after I posted it (he does sometimes when I post "certain" things..trust me, he follows this site more closely than any of us.), and has basically been harassing me with emails since (again, not the first time)..Always pretty much the same crap. (he likes to name call, and question whether I have "stones" alot). I must have really gotten under his skin by inquiring about Ms Bindas (hmmm?), because he wrote I'm arrogant, ignorant, a hypocrite, a homophobe, a fraud, I disgust him, and that I'm a coward. (and believe it or not, I think I'm leaving a few out). He often says I'm a coward because I "hide behind a screen name", even though he, the tin foil hat gang, the BoS, Moderator, Town Clerk, CRC (you know, all the people who wouldn't like me), all know my real name.
Lies, threats, and insults..sounds like what he's always accusing everyone of on this site.
I don't know, folks. Do you see anything below that puts me at risk for a lawsuit?
(Oh, in the end I had to block the harasser from emailing me..thnx Yahoo)

Ridiculous. Don't be intimidated by his hi-knee. I have blocked him in every way possible. I don't look at the rag at all. Block him and your stomach will thank you for it. He is directing the goings on in town way too much. The selectmen do his bidding just as much as he promotes them. Notice how he predicts what might happen if they do this or that? He used to do it to Potter all the time. If it weren't for him, the library agreement would have gotten signed. That's sickening. And that's my opinion.

Voter has it right. Obviously Bobo has picked up on our resolution to focus on April 6, and he will step up the classic stuff that he's trying to pull on you in the hope that he will draw us away from what we should be doing.
Ignore him. Make him punch air. Say, "Put it away, Bobo", smile, and keep on walkin' . Don't e-mail him and don't respond to any mail he sends you. His "schtick" is distraction, distraction, distraction. The most important vote in recent Wareham history is just 3 months away and his mission will be to make us so angry that we "go off the rails", become objects of ridicule in his poop pulp, and waste the chance we have to turn this town around on April 6.

As for the law suit threat.... Forget it.....Two years ago, when he took me on, he supposedly had money but acted as his own lawyer and "had a fool for his client". If he were to pull that stunt again there's a cluster of lawyers who would compete to take him on "pro bono".

If it's not Mr. S who is going to sue, then he must be implying that it is the person to whom your referred to in your post that is. However, you are asking a question, who is this lady, so you are not defaming anyone as you obviously don't know who she is and you are merely asking a question. I'm not a lawyer, but that would be interpetation of your post.

I'm still waiting for a "group of concerned" citizens to sue all of us...Bobo elluded to that last winter, but I've been checking my mailbox everyday....nothing.
You have to face "damages" to win even a frivolous lawsuit. What damages did you cause P-Span? None!
