It's interesting that Bobo and Brucey have both previously and publicly declared that the DA's investigation is over, in light of this quote from the new TA in the Bobo Gazette:
As you are aware, the computer audit is currently being investigated by the office of the District Attorney.
So, just a refresher, Bobo, Brucey, the selectmen have all previously said the DA's investigation was over and the disks should be returned, but NOW the new TA is quoted saying the DA's investigation is still ongoing.
Sounds like the selectmen forgot to give the new guy a briefing on the bullshit they have been spreading to the voters.
Bobo the Dumbass, sounds like you got the answer to your question - the DA is still investigating according to Andrews, and obviously the DA isn't going to turn over evidence that is being investigated, is he?
Don't forget too, the selectmen and Bobo have both publicly declared the audit had nothing to do with bloggers...meanwhile the DA's recent ruling CONFIRMS THE AUDIT AS A BLOGGER WITCHHUNT!

Good morning! I hope everyone is having a wonderful holiday season!
As most of us know, Bobo the Cowardly Fabricator isn't much of an investigative reporter. He lacks the basic research skills, and is too lazy to ask the proper questions. That is why most of his "stories" fall apart minutes after he posts them. He either ends up changes key words/sentences or he just ignores the truth. In this case, the TA, Mr. Andrews, actually answers his question. By saying it is part of an ongoing investigation, he should realize that any evidence would be off limits until the investigation is complete. Of course, the Selectmen (I believe it was Bruce) put their spin on it and we are supposed to accept it. Not the case this time!
To sum it up: Bobo continues to make himself part of the news. I don't know who he is grandstanding for, but an ass is an ass is an ass.

Most of TheWarehamObserver's news and posts come from information posted here. We've gotten wise and stopped the flow. Also if you see the hits to his site, there are only about thirty people following his rants.
