So the real story here seems to be that Brucey IS running again, at least he appears to be. He's talking about election season and Bobo goes on and on about the evil power elite bastards trying to put him out of office next April so, looks definite Brucey will run.
Not really the wisest move. He's been on the board 7 years, he could have walked away and said "I came, I saw, I Brucied" and then ride off into the sunset. If he loses (and public opinion is definitely in that direction) it will be a disgrace for him (good, he deserves it).
