Good evening, all.
Well, well, well. In the one remaining mind cell of one of the members of the BoS (who could it be, now), the appropriate responses to ignominious defeat are:
1. Take my ball & go home (i.e. dissolve the meeting);
2. name-calling.
Let's address the latter. I see three potential retorts to her most snivelness. Keep in mind the subtle layering of options as found in, say, Goldilocks & the Three Bears.
1. We could emulate the fans in Fenway park when the New York Highlanders (or whatever their current name is) arrive in town:
Brenda Sucks! Brenda Sucks!
but no, that would be inappropriate; sorta like the porridge being too hot. You see, that would be going BELOW the debased level of discourse that madame mealymouth has reached down for.
2. We could use the 'right-back-at-ya' by stealing the Tomahawk Chop from Ted & Jane in Atlanta Braves country; then using Brenda'a own word and the chop, as in Chop Her Term:
Asshole! Asshole! (In rythym with the Chop, now).
but no, that won't work, sorta like the porridge being too cold. Just throwing her own word back at her is like a schoolyard tit-for-tat.
3. We could take a lesson from sports venues around the world. Football & soccer, hockey rinks, baseball parks, basketball arenas (esp. college hotbeds like North Carolina). What do they do when they want to deride an opposing player? Use his/her name, in a two-syllable slow cadence, extending each syllable, using a sing-song tone. The meaning is unmistakable.

I like it! The porridge is just right!
but, be careful on the timing. At 11:00 PM, probably get you arrested for public drunkenness. during the Town Meeting, probably catch hell from the Moderator (no sense of humor, that one)
got it! As soon as the BoS makes its appearance on stage, but before the Moderator calls the meeting to order. Perfect! just like the porridge.

My first memory of such a taunt...fricken Buckner et al.
Couldn't find the vid on this, but it made it's way into the "Urban Dictionary" (and even used in a Simpson's episode-couldn't find that one either, dangit..)
A "Darryl":
To taunt a person, usually an athlete, by slowly repeating their name.
From when fans used to taunt Darryl Strawberry by chanting “Darr-ylll Darr-yllll,” which was first chanted during the 1986 World Series.
