The characters are pre-made and come with the cartoon program, so there was no intent on my part to make these toons to look like any individual officers. Apparently the "mirror shades and 'stache" look has been a fave of coppers since Magnum P.I., enough for the programmers to put it in.
Basically, I just make them say funny things.
