4. We are currently reviewing the auditor's numbers and I can not confirm or deny his figures. I do not know what he did or did not include.
5. I don't believe Michael Hartman established a system to utilize employee contributions to balance the budget.
6. Correct. I should have been involved and had a better understanding of the fund. I made an assumption that it was being handled correctly.
7. My comment was that "for six months I was the interim town administrator and I should have been more hands on when I had the chance." I should have looked into it at that time. I did not know there was a problem until recently.
8. I do not know what Mr. McAuliffe or Mr. Sanguinet know. It has been brought to Mr. Sanguinet's attention and he is currently acting on it.
9 through the end. Yes, we have issues regarding this trust fund. Yes, there was a lack of understanding by many individuals, including myself. Communication was limited from the start and there should be clear communication and guidelines to follow in the future.
This concludes my first and only blog.

SO SLAGER HAS BEEN CAUGHT IN ANOTHER LIE, AND MOST OF THE PROBLEMS OCCURED UNDER SANQUIST, THE HEALTHCARE FIND WAS UNDER THE TA OFFICE AND NOT THE TREASURES OFFICE , WHO PUT SANQUIST IN HIS JOB , BRUCIE AND HIS CROWD , TJHERE FORE THEY ALL HAVE TO GO. Mr. Foster has learned what we have known for some time--slager makes up the stories as he goes along for dramatic effect and to make the bos look good. He has never let facts get in the way of a sensational story. His lies have hurt many people in this town--many good people.
Never, never give an interview to him if you don't want to have to come onto this blog later on to tell the truth. Imagine in the last few days, Mr. Paulsen and Mr. Foster felt the need to come onto THIS blog--hate blog according the ragboy--to get the truth out after being smeared in the rag.
As I said to Mr. P, Welcome to the dark side Mr. Foster.
I advise both of you to contact Steve Urbon from the ST and I'm sure he'll write the truth.

Thank you so much for setting up this blog Bill. Although Bobo insists this site is for hatebloggers. It is in fact becoming a site where town officials or anyone else can come and give factual information. A place where they know they can correct the lies and distortions Bobo continues to print. I would think it would be difficult for Bobo to accuse Mr. Foster, and Mr. Paulsen of being hatebloggers. I would like to thank you both for coming to this site and setting the record straight.

While I applaud Mr Foster for coming here to make his comments that set the record straight, it leads me to a question. If the Selectbozos set a policy that said the only person that can talk to the press is the Butt Monkey and former chief Joyce was given a week suspension for writing a letter to the editor regarding LT Bliss, then should we expect Mr Foster will get a week suspension for talking to the paperboy in the first place? Lets see.

I really don't want to see any more suspensions by the BOS, because in the end it costs us money and they lose. But.....if Joyce wrote the letter to the editor and was suspended and Foster spoke to the Observer via interview, he would be in the same boat as former chief Joyce was. Suspension, immediately! If no suspension then that means they dont consider the Observer a part of the media. Ya think?
