A little birdy told me they went by the Crimewatch office. He said it's cleaned out, with a "FOR RENT" sign on it. Can anyone confirm/deny this?

pshooter ... I'm not 100 % sure but I think they also closed at the end of last summer. The person who owns the space does want someone in there who would pay rent. If I remember correctly the first year crime watch was there the owner donated the space to them. I'm not sure if that was the case this year.

There was a State Police car sitting in front of Crime Watch for about 2 hours last week. I can't remember if it was Thursday of Friday. I was running errands and the State Police was sitting there when I left and when I came back. I thought that was kind of wierd.

Marny Thanks. Maybe that's the case. I'm not sure. Hopefully, if someone has the lowdown, they'll share.

There was a sing in the window for the past few weeks that said "we're moving" but it did not say where to.

I asked someone from Onset that is in that general area every day and he said that he saw them with boxes, desks, chairs, etc. and they made a couple of trips.  He thought they were moving to another spot in Onset center, maybe down stairs by OBA, but they aren't there, either.  Probably in Coleman's basement.

From what I have heard early this summer was that Crime Watch would be moving at the end of the season....not sure where. On friday I did see a Trooper having an early lunch (I know it was not close to 2 hrs) at Stevie's which is perfectly within his right... thats for any complainers out there. Because I suppose those said complainers never take a lunch or supper break! I also overheard Mr Coleman say "I will be having a meeting with the new police chief soon"! I hope this new chief knows what kind of maniac he is dealing with!
