In Bobo’s article about the email he says “Of the four people called to testify before the Grand Jury, none were read Miranda Rights or afforded the opportunity to be represented by counsel.”

Bobo, you idiot, you are read your Miranda Rights when you are about to be arrested. So unless they were slapping the cuffs on Sweet Brucey there was no need to read him his Miranda Rights. You are beyond stupid; there are no words in the dictionary that can describe your stupidity.

I’m not quite sure what “afforded the opportunity to be represented by counsel” means. Did you want the DA to pay for their lawyers? ANYONE can hire a lawyer to get advice about grand jury testimony, if they choose not to that their problem. Bobo if you had just google grand jury testimony you would have know that lawyers are NOT allowed in the grand jury room.

Information from google; “although your lawyer can’t accompany you into a grand jury room, he or she can wait outside the door. A grand jury witness is legally entitled to get legal advice before answering each and every question. For example a person can write down the first question as soon as it’s asked, leave the room and talk to his or her lawyer and then go back into the hearing room and give his or her response. You can do this with every question.”

I also found this “ When a person receives a subpoena to testify before a grand jury, as with any investigation, it is not always apparent whether the person is being subpoenaed as a witness or as  potential target for the indictment”

Bobo, your stupidity is endless.

There is an old saying in the legal profession: A prosecutor can get a ham sandwich indicted by a Grand Jury.

marny, I learned all that stuff about the Grand Jury from Law and Order. You'd think a cracker jack reporter would get something that simple right.

I do think you have to swear to tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth when testifying before the grand jury though. Our bos? Wouldn't that be an impossible feat? LOL.

Molly... I guess Bobo doesn't watch Law and Order. It's probably to complicated for him, he wouldn't be able to follow the story line.  I think Perry Mason is more his style.

Marny, you stole my thunder!  This is one of the biggest issues I have in the article analysis that I'm writing up as we speak (type?).  Should be posted in a few minutes
