Didn't you just expect to see something exciting posted here, me too, but months have passed and...
No one's been arrested
No one's been fired
The Library dispute was settled
You know, for a reported "life changing event" they sure are taking their sweet time acting on anything.
So, if they find anything illegal, they can no longer act on it due to a lack of chain of evidence not to mention the board could be charged with aiding the criminals if they knew about crimes and did not report them.
Also, if there are town employees that are being negligent the BOS has now allowed them to continue on with their jobs at the taxpayers expense for months. That's going to be a tough sell when they finally get around to doing something about it.

THEY ARE STALLING. THEY ARE HOPING PEOPLE FORGET THAT THE COMPUTER AUDIT EVER HAPPENDED. THEY MAY BE STALLING UNTIL AFTER THE APRIL'S ELECTION. ITS INSANE THAT THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR THIS AMOUNT OF TIME. WE AS TAXPAYERS (NOT YOU BRUCIE SORRY) SHOULD HAVE ACCESS TO HOW MUCH THIS IS COSTING US.

Oh no! We have it in writing that Slager promises it will be "the final piece of the puzzle" and "life changing". That came from his source, off the record of course! Let's wait and see.

Howmuchyawannabet!?....
I'm guessing that Slager was the trusted journalist who picked up the bogus rumors from his inside sources, twisted and multiplied them until they became "true," and then passed them on to the BOS folks ,who of course believed their own small town version of Karl Rove enough to commission the audit.
I'm also guessing that they're not so happy about their boy right now...... Can't you hear my BOS fan screaming to Ragman, "But you TOLD us!!!!" Just typing the thought of all those decibels makes my ears ring.....again.

When the reporter becomes more important that the things he writes about, society is now in decline.

Good one. How true, sadly.

So much for being subtle. How does one get a story out without letting bobo know, apparently I'm not that good at it.
