I should know better than to peak at the rag. The latest is that Bruce is claiming that there is no settlement yet, and he (Sweet Brucie) is asking for a State investigation of the library funds.  It just does not stop!!!

Sweet Brucey just can't admit he has lost.  He is like a rabid pit bull, no offense to pit bulls, and Bobo keeps printing Sweet Brucey's garbage.

This is why I don't look at the rag. Imagine life rag-free. What a wonderful world it would be.

Question: Is it true that Slager arranged to have free copies of his propaganda sheet pretending to be a newspaper distributed to those who are  clients of Meals on Wheels?

If so what do you all think of whether this is a proper use of Meals on Wheels. Many of the people who benefit from this program rely on print Wareham Observer for all their news of Wareham.

Since it is a propaganda organ of the BOS is this right? These are elected officials and Slager might as well be giving away free advertising to them through Meals on Wheels.

Also if he is distributing free copies this way where else does he give away copies of the paper?  Does he give them away at the COA?

Don't newspapers generally publish how many copies are sold by subscription, by single copy and given away free. Has Slager done this?

He has mentioned this. Perhaps the S-T could try and work out a similar deal?

I can tell you that he tried it at Tobey Hospital and someone complained and the papers were immediately removed.

There is a stack of rag left at the COA every week. Larry Gaines distributes the rag to meals on wheels people on Friday. I'm assuming he leaves the left overs at the COA. You have to remember Larry and Marcia Griswald love Bobo and the rag. Old Colony, department for elder services, which is in Brockton is in charge of the meals on wheels for Wareham. I don't know if they would have any objection to Larry giving out the rag. Didn't he distribute some article to the meals on wheels people and then later denied handing it out. I can't remember what it was but what ever it was it was a total lie. I don't think he would stop handing out the rag even if Old Colony told him not to.
