The personalties are familiar to me, Steve; their mission isn't.  I've covered my share of cockamanie municipalities in my time but Wareham takes the cake. Someone here once 'joked' fire and water depts were spun off to control arsons and I know first hand there's some truth to that. I'll research it and report back.
