How many different ways can you say, "Empty your wallet. This is a stick up."?

c. Approval of Notice of Intent.
intent-to hire, sue, fire, add crimewatch publically to the budget? who knows..seems pretty muddy to me.

Usually, a notice of intent is for a taking. Do you have an eminent domain taking blowing out in the wind?
Notice of intent could also be a notice to file a lawsuit, issue bid requests, offering a change to the Charter or By-Laws...could be anything.
It could be a notice of intent to introduce Paul Shooter as the new government correspondent for a local newspaper.(Although, that would be best done under Selectmen's' comments or the Chair's time on the agenda.).

They seem to have forgotten a slot for "Apologizing for making it obvious that they don't see Cape Verdeans as human beings, only as political poker chips to throw down to silence BOS critics."
It'll be a tough night for the BOS, the first time in years where they've had to go it alone without their mouthpiece! Will they actually think before they speak? No, probably not.

I guarantee Bruce will throw at least one cheap shot reference about the 7/30 meeting. He won't be able to help it.

People, as you watch the BOS meeting tonight, be sure to keep an eye out for Paul Shooter. If you go to the meeting, be sure to shake his hand and welcome him to town.
