Somehow, I think Charlie Brown just got insulted by having one of his famous lines showing up as a caption above Bobo-the-Hobo, unless Bill was actually taking a pix of P-Shooter (who, using his ninja-like stealth talents, had already moved outside of the camera's frame before Bill could press the shutter button) attending a meeting during a town-wide computer audit.
