My wife thought the lady in front of him was about to break out a wooden spoon and beat him with it! It was poetic justice that that wonderful lady was Cape Verdean! I am so pleased with the turnout, this is a great start.

If I rent a public building I have the riight to regulate who comes in to the auditorium. That is why I rented that specific area, but I can not stop people from going into other parts of a public building. It should be common sense. It makes no difference what the occassion is as long as one pays for the use.

Actually, I thought that guy above yelling directly at the back of Bobo's cranium might have been Paul Shooter (I assumed he had just opened his first rag paycheck only to find a coupon for a free 50-watt lightbulb) and became perturbed, but then I realized that appears to be a former selectman candidate.
Between that and the Cape Verdean lady chewing him out, I want to print this photo out, frame it, and hang it on my wall.
Come on people, nobody at the meeting Thursday night talked to Paul Shooter? Someone must have, he wrote a story about it so he must have been there.
Maybe you're all too taken aback by his ruggedly manly name to remember.

Did anyone else notice a man in the audience with a pad furiously taking notes besides Steve Urbon and ragboy? A good reporter always has his/her trusty pencil and pad in pocket ready at a moment's notice to accurately quote a speaker.
Even the least creative amongst us could have come up with a more believable name than Shooter--as in straight shooter? how pathetic, and I won't even begin to discuss the sexual overtones--ick.
Or perhaps we are getting to the bottom of it all---ragboy is a multiple personality and Shooter is his alter ego who only emerges under times of intense stress or massive booing by 200 irate citizens. Get some psychiatric help and get out of Dodge--I mean Wareham.

Oh, maybe it was so he would remember what happened when he sat down later for his in-depth no holds barred interview with Mr. Shooter later.
Still, I thought it was kind of rude for Mr. Shooter not to sit next to his boss.
