That would be very nice of them to attend the pre-trial on Sept. 10th.  But, I wonder if they were told to attend, for support for "Crash Coleman", by the town counsel.  I believe this court date is like a show cause hearing or maybe the DA shows what he has to move forward.  I don't think they can dismiss it without hearing "something" from the poor mother who was hit and watched her children witness this and saw them crying.  My heart aches for those kids.  I hope this goes to court.  I hope they finally unweave the web of lies about Crime Watch - like who insures them, who pays for their gas and ins. of the cars, who owns the cars, who pays for their designer tee-shirts, etc., etc., etc..  I have a gut feeling that he will only receive a slap on the hand.  So, if that happens - her children and the other adult and children witnesses -will be left with a lesson.  If someone is near your vehicle or property and you question them as to what are they doing and ask for their name, that is wrong, you should let them do what they want and be quiet.  You should also allow anyone to yell at you, intimidate and call you names - such as stupid and retarded -in front of a crowd of people and your children and say nothing, just walk away.  You need to teach your children that bullying  ISN'T allright!  You need to teach them to respond to this type of person in a civil and direct manner, which the mom did!  You need to teach your children that guns and knives don't solve problems, but the courts will!  Unfortunately, this is a serious offense which will be brushed off by the courts. I hope any-
one who has had a bad scene with Crash, will call the D.A.'s office and let them know of his temper and arrogance.  Maybe a hundred calls will help this mom win.  I also hope she sues the Town, the BOS, the ITA, Crime Watch and George Coleman for pain and suffering for her and her children.
