Liz has been telling every one that the NEW Police Chief will NOT be someone from inside! And how would she know that when it hasn't been announced in any newspapers or meetings? Oh, Brenda! Ok, LP has published some pretty nasty, often false statements in her columns when she was writing in the rag. And even if she is right when she claimed ragboy changed her copy, it was still under her name and the animosity against her is understood.
Her old paper was a funky eclectic mix of news and cat/little harbor stories. Fairly harmless. She sold her soul to the devil for $5000 and the funky old paper became the nasty old rag. She now has no friends except the bos and where does that get her?
She still has the right to attend the bos and town meetings as a voter in Wareham so we shouldn't rag on her about that--pun intended. Her dialogue with the board from the back of the room at bos meetings?? I agree---very strange. No one else can yell out anything they want whenever they want to.
Oh and don't forget, she will get life time health insurance from her service on the prudential committee free of charge. Your tax dollars hard at work--if you live in the district.

Molly, I've got no problem with Cat Lady attending meetings, in fact, she should because it makes them that much funnier. The Cat Lady commentary from the background is hysterical, because I guess she thinks that people actually give a shit. People on that side certainly don't or they'd have asked questions about how she went from writing columns to staring at her light bulb.
No, I just think the funny part is that she still pretends to be relevant. I assume she now publishes a newspaper on the selectmen's meeting that she distributes to her cats. And damn it, kitties deserve to know what is going on in town too.
