How do we find out who has the key to the Swifts Beach property?

Who should we contact?

This should be public knowledge since the town owns the land (and the legal bills to prove it!)

This is an important question, so how do we proceed to get answers? Is there something in Black & White that states who has the key?

If not, can we ask the town to cut the lock and place a new lock with Municipal Maintenance in custody of the key?

Why should it be locked at all? We the people paid for it and we the people have the right to use the property.

Molly,
I agree with you, but let's start off by identifying who has the key. I think it is important to determine that so we can at least get a handle on who controls access to the property.

It's important to not only find out who has the key, but who else may have a key. Anyone thinking what I'm thinking?

I am not going to speculate. I want black & white truth. WHo has the key. How do we proceed to get answers?

I appreciate the sentiment IHL, but I want to get all the answers before anything is done. So, should I contact the ITA, municipal maintenance, or the BOS? Who has the answers?

I believe Bruce was quoted in the rag saying Marc gifford of MM had the key.

Don't quote me on that, but a good place to start.
