Whereas Slager has participated in such damaging behavior both in print (libel) and in speach (slander), which has been thoroughly documented throughout editions of The Wareham Observer and The Tritown Observer.

Whereas several participants at warehamobserver.com have identified themselves individually by name and are reputable members of the community they serve.

Whereas a majority of those freely expressing thoughts and ideas at warehamobserver.com and are specifically working towards responsible governing for the town of Wareham.

Whereas criticism of government is at the center of free speech as “speech concerning public affairs is more than self-expression; it is the essence of self-government.”

Robert Slager, you are hereby notified to cease and desist your damaging behavior immediately.
