Peter Montgomery is a lawyer that defends the BOS in numerous lawsuits (library trustees, now the Bliss lawsuit). His firm is retained by the Town's insurance carrier, but this presents a number of questions: Isn't there a deductible that the Town has to pay EVERY time? How much is it? Has the insurance premium increased because of all these lawsuits? Is the Town's insurance supposed to defend the BOS against all these claims of civil rights violations?
Anybody know the answers to any of these questions -- or how to get the answers?
