There once was a lawyer from Nantucket
He came to Wareham yesterday and sat on his duffett
He read all your blogs and printed out all the logs
And said, "Jesus get the Feds out of Pawtucket."

p.s.: Keep your enemies close and your FRIENDS closer!!!!!!!!!!

Attention Board of Selectmen, Democratic Town Committee, Rag Readers, BoBo, HoorayforAUDITS, and the like.....

You're foolish scare tactics will not work here.  They never have, they never will.  We are still waiting to be sued by those that were "thinking" of it last year, according to Bobo.  We are still waiting for The Poet to unleash the powers of homeland security on us, as she threatened.

There is no crime in telling the truth.  There is no crime in telling someone you think they're an asshole.  There is no crime in making fun of someone.  The Feds would laugh their asses off while slamming the door in your face.

Oh, you can continue to label this site as "hate speech,"  but anyone with half a brain knows what real hate speech is.  I hope if The Feds are going to waste tax dollars on message boards, at least it will be ones that contain the KKK, White Supremesists, Natzi's, anit-religious groups, malitia groups, Al-Queda, etc.....

Continue to throw out your threats, there are no crimes being committed here.  RICO?  Please?!  I'm sure you can find a sentence or two in ANY State or Federal Law that MAY relate to something on this site, but its the entire law as written.

Perfect example was when Brenda cited MA Law pertaining to Bill's flash disrupting the meeting.  Sure, it mentions it, but if it was "against the law,"  why was their no follow up?  Because if you read the law, there is no penalties for such a thing.  It's just one sentence in a law that pertains to how the BOS in cities and towns should run their public meetings.

You can continue to throw out your "slander" your "libel" your "defamation" claims, but those are not federal nor criminal, only civil in nature.

But even Chief Joyce couldn't get that one to stick.  And how much did that cost him?

Good luck!

Oh sorry, the Feds had to close down the Anti-Blogger Task Force...a pity really, they said if only they had $181,000 to keep it open, hmm where could they find it?
