I wouldn't put too much stock in that column. It's the same "our side is sweet and nice and kind to everybody and your side is evil and terrible" column that he recycles over and over again.
He and his buddies know what they've done to make people this angry with them. For the sake of the crowd in town that believes whatever they see in a newspaper because it's a newspaper, he has to pretend like he doesn't.
For all the, "why won't you all be nice and work with us" crap that he peddles - go and try to work with them, and see what they do to you. They'll steamroll over you in a heartbeat.

Everytime he throws a pity party for himself he either raises the price of his paper or has required people to pay to read it online.
With only 7 or 8 viewers online I think this party is over for him.
To bad he did not chose to publish information from both sides of the debate, he probably would have been successful.
His article at least the free version could be written about him he must have been looking in the mirror

MAYBE HE COULD GET A FEMALE GORILLA , PROBABLY BETTER LOOKING THAN THAT LIZ PEZZOLI WHO USED TO WORK FOR HIM , AND IF HE DID NOT PAY THE GORRILA LIKE LIZ , THE GORRILA COULD SQUEEZE THE CRAP OUT OF HIM TILL HE YELLED LIZ. HE COULD DREES UP THE GORRILA AND THE GORRILA COULD WHERE A BERET LIKE LIZ. MAYBE IF SLAGER PAYED HIS CORPORATE FILEING FEE THE ZOO WOULD NOT CLOSE AND DISAPOINT THE KIDS , TANKS SLAGER.
