Some commonsense thoughts on the article......

After several local businesses reportedly began pulling their ads in response to the Standard-Times’ one-sided coverage of the computer audit in Wareham, the paper made a half-hearted attempt to present a more complete picture Wareham’s recent political history.

Where is your proof?  Which businesses were these?  Seems made up to me.

Steve Urbon made sure to quote CBW board member Bob Brady and political activist John Decas.

And which political affiliation is Mr. Decas?  Last I checked he was a concerned citizen and business owner.

Wow. I’m still trying to wrap my mind around that one – “A word-of-mouth consensus.” What exactly does that mean?

Well, BoBo, I guess it's similar to your "according to sources."  You know, ones that can never be verified.

What was more interesting, at least to me, was editor Bob Unger’s column, in which he prattled on and on about how many people the Standard-Times reaches each week.

Just like a certain Rag reporter who claims to reach over 10,000 readers and gets 8,000 hits a week, but only manages 9-12 viewers at any one time.  You know how the ST tracks those numbers?  The can confirm paid subscribers.  They can track sales through UPC codes, and track sales in those paper vending machines.  Since you give most of your papers or material away for free.  All you really have is a guess that can't be verified.

Please, people of Wareham, raise your hands if you've ever seen any member of the board in pubic around town.  I have never bumped into them at say Stop and Shop, Wal-Mart, Dunkin Donuts, or the gas station. 

Is not telling the public what the audit is about immediately transparent?  You have all your "evidence."  Nothing can change now.  Hold on a second.... this is an "audit" why would there be evidence?  I mean, if this were an investigation, an agency like the State Police, DA's Office, or FBI would be involved.  Oh wait, they probably would have laughed if you told them what you were looking for.  Let's hope you don't actually find something really bad, because you pretty much fucked up the rules of collecting evidence.

Later, in response to a question about the hatebloggers, Donahue wrote "In this day and age, I am concerned that there are mentally unstable individuals who are influenced by ‘hate speech’ and turn irrational hateful thoughts into hateful action. People have the right to free speech, but not to ‘hate’ speech which could result in inciting violence.

Please, show me the words that could cause a mentally challenged person to hurt the BOS.  You just can't handle the fact that the TRUTH is getting out there.  Do you know the difference between hate speech and political disgust?

If you don't care, and no one else cares, why are these boards CONSTANTLY referred to by Bobo, legitimate papers, citizens about town, etc......  This site was never promoted by the site itself.  Word got around and people got hooked because it's the TRUTH.  And your buddy BoBo, just keeps throwing gasoline on the fire week after week.  Even after stating more times than we can count, their 15 minutes of fame are over.

In response to that, Bill Whitehouse (who hosts the fake Wareham Observer web site) changed the logo on his web site, painting the first three letters in Wareham red, with blood dripping down from each letter.

There was no blood dripping off the letters you jerk.  It was a replica of the picture the ST printed.  It said WAREHAM with WAR in red.  To emphisize the "war" the BOS and the Rag have waged against anyone who dare challenge them.

Bill, I'm a little disappointed you caved on that.

Oh, and Whitehouse actually wrote on his web site that acting library director Susan Pizzolato (who is departing soon for Mattapoisett) paid to launch his first web site along with buying him, ummm, errrr, underwear, when he couldn’t afford to do so for himself.

I guess Bobo pretty much proves here that he is the "metally unstable" person Jane was referring to.  Because only a fucking nut job would pick on a poor man that was helped by a generous citizen who could have easily ignored him.

Personally, that second part was more information than I needed to know. But the first part was fascinating. So, according to Whitehouse, Pizzolato paid to begin Whitehouse’s reign of terror in Wareham. Very, very interesting.

Another cheap shot by the mentally unstable RagMan.  What would your pastor think of that one?  Only a moron (or rag subscriber) would make such a ludacris connection.  At least Pizzolato will have a place in heaven for her generosity.  Can you say the same for your vengeful, vindictive behavior?

For someone who reports the news, you sure try to make everything personal to you.  Why don't you just change your name to Robert Wareham?  You seem to think everything in town should involve you.

Thanks Commonsense, that was a lot of common sense.  Ummm.I thought bobo was going to stop giving away free news...oh i get it.  All of the news to us will still be free...thanks bobo...you knew we would never pay for it.  I just wish you would stop giving it away for free.

His latest article is totally unfocused and lacks any relevant information. It is clearly showing his gradual mental decline. For any reporter to spend so much time commenting on another reporter is not only unprofessional, but demonstrates a total lack of self confidence in his own writing. He brings just about all his "arch enemies" into this piece. From John Decas to Bob Brady, to Unger, Urbon, Whitehouse, Pizzolato, etc. etc. All of these people have been praised either in town or on this site, diminishing Slager as a person making him feel even more inferior.

Rambling personal narratives have no place in journalism. I see a serious, gradual decline of his mental acuity. His narcissistic personality and broad personality disorder has clearly become overwhelming and is interfering with his ability for rational thought and behavior. In other words, he's losing it. The end is near, mark my words.

And how pathetic that as many times as we have laughed at his posting freebies on his pay to see only site, he continues to post them. Anyone with a modicum of pride would stop, but he is so hungry for attention and validation, that he cannot stop. How sad and pathetic and funny at the same time. He cannot go on like this much longer. Countdown to total mental breakdown. Do you know who I am? I am----who am I again? You're Bob Slager, the man who cleans the toilets in the multiservice center after bos meetings.
