Ragman wrote that the Chief failed to mention that he needed to put in 6 more months to get 80% retirement. Apparently that was just another tidbit of information boobie decided to make up to put his tear-the-man-down spin on the article. It appears the other papers actually RESEARCHED the information to get it correct for an accurate spin. Looks like you are no longer the big mouth in town...bye bye...

Slager is no fan of facts. He reminds me of Stephen Colbert and his word "truthiness." Isn't this the rag all over?
September 7, 2006 Urban Word of the Day
The quality of stating concepts one wishes or believes to be true, rather than the facts.
Origin: Stephen Colbert, "The Colbert Report," 2005
"And that brings us to tonight's word: truthiness.
"Now I'm sure some of the Word Police, the wordanistas over at Webster's, are gonna say, 'Hey, that's not a word.' Well, anybody who knows me knows that I'm no fan of dictionaries or reference books. They're elitist. Constantly telling us what is or isn't true, or what did or didn't happen. Who's Britannica to tell me the Panama Canal was finished in 1914? If I wanna say it happened in 1941, that's my right. I don't trust books. They're all fact, no heart."

Well the ragman knows if he says something often enough it will stick in the minds of some people and they will believe it to be true even if it is a lie. Just like he claimed that Bruce's wife was arrested for driving without insurance. You cannot be arrested for that. He must have brought that up in every other issue over a two year period. The truth is she was not arrested she just got a citation to appear in court and had her car towed. I have yet to see a correction issued about such a false report. The ragman is hoping we will just forget about it. But the problem is some people who do not know any better read it printed over and again and they believe it.

And Boobie, in your case, you're no fact and also no heart. Something to be proud of.

RIGHT TBL AND HE STILL CLAIMED THAT ON THE S-T BLOG WHEN I CONFRONTED HIM ABOUT THIS. HE STATED THAT HE HAD THE POLICE LOG RIGHT IN FRONT OF HIM AND I WAS LYING. WELL SINCE YOU CANNOT BE ARRESTED FOR DRIVING WITHOUT INSURANCE HOW WAS SHE? RIGHT BOOOBIE LIED AGAIN. IF HE WANTED TO DO A LITTLE RESEARCH SINCE HE HAS BEEN ASKED THIS NUMEROUS TIMES TO GET IT RIGHT HE WOULD HAVE FOUND OUT A POLICE LOG JUST SHOWS AN ACTION TAKEN LIKE AN ARREST NUMBER GENERATED TO SUMMONS THE PERSON BUT THE PERSON WAS NEVER ARRESTED. I CALLED THE POLICE STATION TO FIND THIS INFORMATION OUT IN TWO MINUTES. WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN SLAGER YOU CHUMP!
