I can't believe it. Finally, a real newspaper is getting involved in what is going on in Wareham. Imagine, a journalist who calls to get quotes from officials or people involved instead of making up statements and stories. I think you can get fired for that. Fiction and baseless speculation is all we've gotten for so long, I almost forgot what a real newspaper is like.
I'm impressed. This guy Steven Urban that Slager is so clearly jealous of has called the AG's office, the DOR, K and P etc. And with the rag going online only to subscribers and charging 75 cents for the fish wrap, maybe we can count on getting real news from now on.
Did I die and go to heaven? I can't wait for the next installment.
As to the Courier--I loved the off with the heads bit. But that would compare Wareham to Wonderland. Maybe. So who would be Alice, who would be the mad hatter, who would be the wicked queen? The letter to the editor was good, but until it starts actually giving us news, I'm going to keep turning to the Standard Times for the truth.
