For noncompliance issues like that, they'd direct enquiries to the Plymouth County DA's office... which has PROVEN time and again worthless as tits on a boar. No kidding, you'd have to put a c-4 bomb under Mr. Cruz's ass to get him to act decisively on anything regarding Wareham. I have to assume he's as corrupt as our local select swine.
